On Sakhalin, the heads of executive bodies were taught digital skills

2025: Conducting an intensive "Introduction to Data Analysis"

School 21 and ANO SPC Wings of Sakhalin conducted training as part of an educational program for the development of IT competencies for 25 leaders of digital transformation and employees involved in its implementation in the Sakhalin Region. The training was held within the framework of the federal forum "Data-based Regional Management," aimed at improving the efficiency of regional management, introducing innovative solutions into workflows and digital development. The main task of School 21 was the development of professional knowledge and skills of representatives of the executive branch in the field of data analysis. This was necessary in order to in practice understand the sequence of steps and the process of data analysis, as well as communicate with data specialists in the same language and skillfully set tasks.

The training took place in person at the School 21 campus in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. It was a six-day practice-oriented intensive, during which participants learned to solve real problems that arise during work. Employees of various ministries, agencies and other departments were trained.

As a result of intensive training, students received skills in working with big data, machine learning and artificial intelligence, which will allow them to adapt more efficiently to modern challenges. They will use the knowledge gained to develop and implement more effective methods of work, introduce modern technologies and digitalize processes.
