List of drawing liars
For the first time the National drawing service announced overestimate of circulations the Russian editions in February, 2011. As a result of the juicy scandal some publishers began to be recognized that they really overestimate circulations, and others accused of insolvency NTS which task just and includes audit of circulations and the subsequent issue of certificates.
In the list of "drawing liars" the National drawing service for July, 2012 estimates only editions which are issued abroad, and the list is formed on the basis of data of the Federal Customs Service.
NTS publishes the lists several times a year.
