2025: Implementation of "Mobile Maintenance"
"Mobile maintenance" based on the product "Forsyth. Mobile platform "will be introduced in the Nyurba and Udachninsky mining and processing plants of Alrosa. Forsyth announced this on March 14, 2025.
The goal of the project is to increase the efficiency of the work of employees of the mining and transport workshop during the inspection and repair of equipment, timely detection of defects and reduction of downtime of equipment.
The use of a mobile application will reduce the volume of paper document circulation, reduce the burden on personnel, ensure the collection of accurate information on the state of the equipment in the mode without communication, with guaranteed data delivery. For the convenience of the repair teams, NFS tags are used to identify objects, as well as vibrometers that determine the level of vibration and temperature of the unit. The software allows you to automatically determine the state of the equipment, since the system has recorded reference values for each type of device and equipment.
