2025: Production Launch

In mid-March 2025, it became known that Eltech had organized the production of Spektr electric vehicles in Russia. A feature of these machines is a high degree of localization - 87%.

"Spectrum" is a traditional golf car. The vehicle was developed by Eltech's own engineering division. The machine is equipped with an electric motor with a capacity of 3.9 kW and a battery with a capacity of 100 A·ch. The maximum speed is 23 km/h, and the range on one charge reaches 80 km in the warm season. The electric motor controller is manufactured by the Rybinsk Instrument Making Plant, while the main drive elements are manufactured in China, mainly at Lvtong Technology.

The golf car frame is made of high-strength steel, the body is made of plastic. At the front, a spring suspension is used on double wishbones, at the back - a spring suspension on longitudinal levers (H-shaped). Self-compensating steering rack is used. The dimensions of the machine are 2475 × 1210 × 1900 mm, the carrying capacity is 360 kg. The elevation angle is up to 14 degrees, the turning radius is 2.9 m. The clearance at the bottom point is 145 mm.

The equipment includes moisture-resistant seats with armrests and an adjustable back, an adjustable steering column, adjustable rear-view mirrors, lighting and signaling devices, a glove bay, a refrigerator, side jackets, a back shelf for personal belongings, an instrument panel with a speedometer and odometer, two-point seat belts, etc. The electric car is assembled at a plant near the village of Dobrograd in the Kovrovsky district of the Vladimir region. As of March 17, 2025, the Spectrum electric car is offered at a price of 2.1 million rubles. Various colors are available.^[1]
