The INTALEV company started project implementation of setting of a management system for finance in Sushiya company.
By the beginning
Achievement of goals of Sushiya company demanded high-quality building of a management system for finance.
The partner in setting of a management system for finance selects INTALEV company.
Objectives
It is supposed that in cooperation with INTALEV company the Sushiya company will solve the following managerial problems:
- receiving reliable operational data about work of all company in the unified information system.
- automatic formation of management financial statements.
- linking of the budgeting systems and financial planning existing separately from the complex automation equipment with the system of operational and management accounting. It will allow in a foreground mode and in the complete system of a message processes of drawing up, acceptance, control of accomplishment and variance analysis of budgets.
The joint project on "Setting and automation of an end-to-end system of management of finance and operational activity of Sushiya LLC company began in November, 2010.
Work stages
The project is separated into the next stages:
- Methodology and development of regulations
- Implementation of regulated accounting
- Implementation of operational accounting
- Implementation of personnel records and salary
- System implementation of management accounting and reporting
- Implementation of a back office at restaurants
- Automation of a budgeting system
- Automation of the request for payment of money, payment schedule
It is going to implement all stages of the project for Sushiya by the end of 2011.
