"SK Ukraine" passed to Microsoft Dynamics CRM in 2 hours

On January 31, 2011 the E-Consulting company implemented the urgent project on operational transition from the Terrasoft CRM platform to Microsoft Dynamics CRM for SK Ukraine publishing house (issues the PC Week/Ukrainian Edition and CRN/Ukrainian Edition magazines).

The project of transition was implemented in record-breaking short time – only in 2 hours 10 minutes, at once after a request of the director of publishing house Natalya Protsenko.

During this short period the professional development team and consultants of E-Consulting company created the portal in a cloud of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and transferred data to a hosting of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and training materials and passwords of access to the full-function Microsoft Dynamics CRM system were provided to the staff of publishing house.

Now the SK Ukraine publishing house on the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform will be able to accelerate the course of the business processes and to optimize customer interaction, contractors and authors. Also, It should be noted that the hosting of the CRM system provides many advantages – economy of the place, time and money on purchase, installation and maintenance of operation of servers, virtualization of work and an information access using Internet connection worldwide and at any time. At the same time the hosting of Microsoft Dynamics CRM allows to use a system to at the same time large number of users and to make changes to documents in parallel.
