RDV transferred TD GUM into a single Bosco accounting system

2024: Transition to "1C: Accounting" + "BIT.Finance"

In July 2024, the project of migration of the GUM TD organization to the unified system of the Bosco Group of Companies based on 1C solutions was completed: Accounting + BIT.FINANS. This project was an important stage in the development of the company, aimed at optimizing accounting and management accounting processes, as well as improving financial control. Representatives of the RDV company spoke about the results of the project on March 21, 2025.

Before the project, almost all legal entities of the group of companies worked in a single system, but since TD GUM makes up a significant share in the total volume of document flow, accounting in several systems led to a number of difficulties:

• Significant additional costs for maintenance of individual systems;
• Long process of closing and providing final reporting;
• Difficulties in the formation of consolidated statements.

To solve these problems, in August 2023, RDV was invited, whose specialists completed the following tasks:

• The RAS chart of accounts has been brought closer as possible;
• Formed a unified methodology for reflecting retail sales operations;
• The modifications necessary for TD GUM were transferred to a single system;
• We switched the existing integrations for the PCM TD to a single system;
• Normalized NSI (regulatory reference information).

According to Bosco, the participation of RDV specialists in the project made it possible to migrate in a short time and significantly increase the efficiency of accounting and management of financial resources of the Group of Companies.
