2025: Introduction of the electronic archive "Etla"
International Monitoring Center LLC has introduced the ETLA electronic archive system with an additional WEB-ACCESS module based on the SaaS model. This solution has enabled the company to optimize its document storage and management processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure reliable data protection. This was announced by Atlas Soft on March 21, 2025.
International Monitoring Center LLC is a Russian company specializing in analytics and monitoring of various processes.
The decision to implement "ETLA" according to the SaaS (Software as a Service) model brought the company a number of significant advantages:
- Lower IT costs - no need to purchase and maintain your own server hardware.
- Constant availability: access to the system is provided around the clock from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection.
- Automatic updates: All system updates and improvements are performed without customer input, ensuring that the latest version of the product is used.
- High level of security: data is stored in a secure data center, which ensures their safety and confidentiality.
The implemented system provides a wide range of opportunities for optimizing work with documents:
- Centralized document storage - All files are stored in a single repository, making them easier to find and manage.
- Differentiation of access rights: flexible setting of rights allows you to control who has access to which documents.
- Content and Attribute Search - Intelligent search provides quick information.
- Document Version Accounting - The system saves the history of changes, allowing you to track and restore previous versions as needed.
- Support for electronic digital signature (EDS): ensures the legal significance of electronic documents and confirms their authenticity.
The implementation of the ETLA system was organized as follows:
- Renting a server in a data center: Etlas-Soft specialists have chosen a data center to host a server that provides system operation.
- Deployment of the system: the ETLA system was installed and configured on the leased server, taking into account the specifics of the work of the International Monitoring Center.
- Providing 24/7 access: The company's employees got round-the-clock access to the system through a web interface, which is especially important for operational work.
- Monitoring and support: the Etlas-Soft team constantly monitors the health of the system, regularly backs up data and promptly responds to user requests.
After the introduction of the ETLA system, the International Monitoring Center noted a number of positive changes:
- Speed up document processing processes: the time to search and agree on documents has been significantly reduced.
- Increased transparency and control: management has received tools to monitor the status of documents and control the execution of tasks.
- Data Loss Risk Mitigation - Regular backups and robust data protection minimized the risk of information loss.
- Improved interoperability: A unified document storage and management system contributed to a more coherent work of various departments of the company.
