2024: Implementation of AKAM 1C:CRM and module: TENDERS

We worked in 1S:KA. Tender sales were carried out in the Tenderplan aggregator without connection with the 1S:KA. We decided to conduct all processes in one system so that you can track and analyze the work of employees.

Objectives/Objectives:

  • Maintaining tender sales in 1C
  • Receipt of applications from the SBIS
  • Storage of data for all tender sales in which the participants participated
  • Connecting to the process of adjacent services
  • Organize all approvals in the system
  • Control the situation in the market by competitors
  • Receipt of notifications in the system and by mail on key tender events

Works performed:

  • Interviews were conducted with key users of the company to clarify and formalize business requirements.
  • A project implementation plan has been developed, the MVP product boundaries and key project deliverables (milestones) have been defined.
  • Improvements were made to the 1C:CRM module and the AKAM: BIDDING for 1C:CRM module in accordance with business requirements.
  • Demonstrations of the configured functionality of the system and consultations on the use of typical module capabilities were held.
  • Before the MVP was put into pilot operation, user training was carried out, the base was first set up, and user rights were set up.

Result obtained:

  • All data on tender sales are recorded in 1C
  • Requests are automatically loaded into the system from the SBIS
  • Business processes are configured for reconciliation in the system, so that related services are quickly connected
  • It is possible to fix competitors and their positions
  • Managers receive notifications in the system and by mail on key tender events
