BSB updates QAD CRM in "Exhibition company "Asti Group"

The BSB company completed the main works on updating to version 6.4 of the CRM system of QAD CRM in "Exhibition company Asti Group.

At the moment the functionality of the previous version is completely postponed for the new platform, a system operates normally. In the next plans implementation of the block on processing of customer complaints and also integration of the CRM system with functioning in IP-ATS company. The new IP telephony system based on the software of Asterisk was also implemented by forces of specialists of BSB and since November steadily works.

For acquaintance with new functionality of QAD CRM 6.4 it is going to provide additional personnel training of Asti Group. It will allow users to understand better better to understand and most effectively to use new opportunities and advantages of a system.

The latest version of QAD CRM 6.4 is equipped with more user-friendly interface developed taking into account recommendations and wishes of partners and clients of QAD. Besides, the OpenEdge Progress platform of the version 10.1C, more perfect in comparison with used earlier in Asti Group company 10.1A, is more flexible, reliable and steady against errors.
