Biography

2025: Appointment by the Minister of Health of the Sverdlovsk Region

On April 5, 2025, Acting Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region Denis Pasler appointed Tatyana Savinova as Minister of Health of the region. She will combine this position with the duties of deputy governor, responsible for the social sphere.

Savinova graduated from the Ural State Medical University with a degree in Pediatrics and the Ural Academy of Public Administration with a degree in State and Municipal Administration. Previously, she worked as a pediatrician in the infectious diseases department of the City Children's Infectious Diseases Hospital No. 4. Later she moved to the Health Department of the Administration of Yekaterinburg, where she held the position of chief pediatrician of the city. Later she became the first deputy head of this department. Savinova worked in the government of the Orenburg region, holding the post of vice-governor - deputy chairman of the government for social policy - minister of health of the region.

Tatyana Leonidovna showed herself as an experienced manager, organized work in the most responsible area of ​ ​ our work - this is the social sphere and medicine. I know her as a competent specialist and a great professional. I am sure that in a new post in the Sverdlovsk region, she will be able to give a new impetus to the development of the health care system, says Pasler.

As Minister of Health of the Sverdlovsk Region, Savinov was replaced by Andrei Karlov, who headed the department since 2020. As deputy governor of the Sverdlovsk region, she replaced Pavel Krekov, who oversaw the work of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Policy of the region.

I will try to use all my accumulated experience, competencies and energy as efficiently as possible to work in my native Sverdlovsk region. I plan in managerial and other matters to consult with doctors, many of whom I know personally, directly communicate with the residents of the region in order to improve the social sphere and medicine in the Sverdlovsk region, - Savinova commented on her new appointment.[1]
