2020: Appointment as Minister of Health of the Sverdlovsk Region

At the end of July 2020, Andrei Karlov was appointed the new Minister of Health of the Sverdlovsk Region. The former chief physician of the children's hospital No. 9 of Yekaterinburg replaced Andrei Tsvetkov. The governor of the Sverdlovsk region Yevgeny Kuyvashev announced this on his Instagram page.
