Digital solution "Rostelecom. Printing Service "combines the functions of print management and online monitoring of the operation of multifunctional devices (MFPs) and printers. The software deployed in the geodistributed infrastructure of Sberbank meets the high requirements of functionality and the level of control and security, providing users with a comfortable transition from the previous solution. Rostelecom specialists, among other things, adapted the product for the complex multi-module architecture of the bank.

When introducing the service, the developers of Rostelecom made a special emphasis on usability. In cooperation with the Sberbank team, the compatibility of the solution with the main service services of the bank was implemented, the final configuration of the equipment was carried out by SberService engineers.

Now Sberbank employees will be able to print on office devices using a mobile application and a QR code instead of a service pass or PIN code. Thus, the new solution will greatly simplify the use of printing devices.
