2025: Using the TOOLSiD System
An automated system for storing/issuing and managing the use of mobile devices in company warehouses was introduced. Sweet life This was Atheuco (Ateuco) announced on April 8, 2025.
ATHEUKO has been producing TOOLSiD at its plant in Moscow for several years - a system that allows you to implement 100% control over the use of equipment, as well as regulate the work of warehouse personnel.
Not so long ago, another major project was implemented to implement the system at the warehouse complexes of the Sweet Life company. MDM TOOLSiD systems are delivered in Klimovsk and DzerzhinskNizhny Novgorod region.
After assessing the maintenance situation of the mobile fleet and analyzing the costs of maintaining it, it became clear that the cost of buying and repairing equipment becomes a tangible burden. It was decided to implement a solution that could improve the situation. The existing processes for storing equipment were far from ideal: ineffective control, the lack of a strict accounting system, the usual fixation in WMS was not enough.
Integration went as smoothly as possible, and there were practically no learning problems. The menu is intuitive, which lowered the entry threshold for staff. Within the framework of the project, ATEUCO specialists integrated TOOLSiD software into 1C, which makes it possible to update employee data with a simple upload from 1C. In the future, it is also possible to integrate into the SIGUR MCDS using the module developed by the TOOLSiD command. Integration into the MCDS allows to block the exit from the warehouse territory to employees who have not returned the device to the cell, so that control over the movement of devices becomes even more complete and 100% prevents unauthorized removal of shipping documentation from the site.
Totals:
- The successful operation of TOOLSiD allowed the company not only to streamline processes, but also to significantly reduce costs, as well as to ensure high-quality and quick preparation of reports on various indicators of status and device use.
- Service changes. During the work with the automated system, the key achievement was the introduction of a clear mechanism for monitoring the dispatch of equipment for repair.
- Reliable control and sorting tools have emerged.
