2022: Implementation of RPA
In 2021, Power Machines began introducing RPA to reduce the burden on employees and automate routine tasks. After analyzing different RPA platforms, the company stopped at Primo RPA due to its optimal costs and functionality. At the start, robotization affected the processes of accounting and treasury: integration with the Client-Bank system, SAP ERP and the formation of reports.
In 2022, the company adjusted the implementation of RPA:
- An internal RPA competence center has been formed, which includes an analyst and programmer;
- The task selection process is optimized: priority is given to small and easily automated processes;
- Clear rules for integrating RPA with existing IT systems have been developed to minimize the impact of interface updates;
- Orchestrator Primo RPA has been implemented, which centralizes robot management, distributes load and increases system stability.
This reduced reliance on contractors, reduced errors and increased flexibility in IT infrastructure.
