2024: Implementation of the Primo RPA platform
The Ural Security Systems Center has implemented the Primo RPA platform to automate internal processes in all key departments: accounting, workflow, IT support and procurement. The project started with pilot scenarios in 2022, and by 2024 covered dozens of routine operations, providing large-scale digitalization.
Software robots have automated the processing of financial documents, publishing reports, creating applications, monitoring infrastructure and performing ServiceDesk tasks. Thanks to integration with 1C, SAP and MyOffice systems, the RPA platform is organically integrated into the IT landscape of the USCS. Particular attention was paid to information security: mechanisms for protecting robot credentials, distinguishing access and encryption were implemented.
The achieved results of robotization in the CSS:
- Business processes are accelerated by 30-100%. For example, a daily report that was previously generated manually in 2 hours is now generated in minutes.
- Fixed errors related to manual input, duplicates and omissions. Improved data quality and reporting confidence.
- Several hundred man-hours per month were released. Due to automation, it was possible to reduce operating costs and reduce dependence on external contractors.
