The experience of implementing complex projects in the fields of IT and information security, as well as the experience of building working teams and further scaling of business areas, the USCB plans to repeat in the foreign market. To this end, at the end of 2023, the registration of the official representative office of the UTSB in Belgrade took place.

Creating a cybersecurity center

On August 2, 2023, UTSB announced the unification of specialized competencies and the formation of the Cybersecurity Center. This structure will take on the tasks of ensuring the protection of business and government agencies from cyber threats.

The Cyber ​ ​ Security Center specializes in analyzing the security of information systems and software products, introducing secure software development processes, building incident monitoring and response centers (SOC), ensuring network security and organizing information security automation processes .

In addition, the structure offers services related to the design, implementation and maintenance of information security solutions of leading domestic vendors. The company's experts work with systems such as SIEM, VM, Sandbox, NTA, XDR/EDR, WAF, which allows you to form and implement the principles of effective cybersecurity that ensures high business resistance to cyber attacks.

Launch of the Corporate Center for Information Security Monitoring of Informatization Tools and Systems

The Ural Center for Security Systems on January 11, 2021 announced the launch of the Corporate Center for Monitoring Information Security of Information Security Tools and Systems (USSC-SOC), which offers an integrated approach to information security (IS) through continuous monitoring of threats and prompt response to information security incidents.

USSC-SOC is a corporate center of State system of detection, prevention and elimination of consequences of computer attacks of class A, complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of information security, has a license of the FSTEC of Russia for monitoring information security tools and informatization systems, and is also connected to the National Coordination Center for Computer Incidents (NCCCA) and FinCERT.

Interaction between the Corporate Monitoring Center and NCCSC is carried out on the basis of the interaction agreement and the interaction regulations concluded between the CSS and NCCSC. The Agreement ensures the exchange of information when solving tasks in the field of detection, prevention and elimination of the consequences of computer attacks on information resources within the area of ​ ​ responsibility of the CSS within the framework of State system of detection, prevention and elimination of consequences of computer attacks.

The Corporate Monitoring Center also interacts with FinCERT, a center for monitoring and responding to computer attacks in the credit and financial sector: an agreement on the interaction of the UTS on countering computer attacks was concluded between the UTS and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
