2023: RPA scaling

The first software robot in the company was commissioned in May 2023 and from that moment the platform is used in the operational activities of the enterprise.

The first scenario covered the control of the write-off of materials and inventory in accounting systems. Previously, the process was carried out manually and took considerable time, requiring reconciliation between the accounting department and the warehouse. The robot fully automated the task, eliminating manual input errors and speeding up the process at times.

Based on the results of the pilot SPC VTD , it was decided to scale RPA it to administrative and service functions: reporting, reconciliation, data processing of applications. Software robots demonstrates fast returns - reducing labor costs, eliminating errors, and increasing process transparency. By 2026, VTD SPC plans to cover dozens of processes, including those with AI and OCR elements, and form an internal RPA team to support and develop automation in-house.
