Employees of an IT company operating in a closed circuit now draw up and sign documents in electronic form through their personal account. As a result of the implementation, organizations reduced the cost of paper documents by 60%. The project was implemented by TANAiS, a partner of Directum.

Work is carried out in a closed circuit - without access to the Internet.

Employees of the company sign applications in the Directum HR Pro personal account with an enhanced unqualified electronic signature (UNEP) - a total of 1000 employees were connected to it. As a result of the project, the company accelerated and simplified the processes of registration and control of applications, reduced the cost of paper media by 60%.

Thanks to the project, our team gained useful experience in communicating with the customer's security service, as well as with the vendor's information security experts. Together, we managed to develop the optimal solution for setting up an HR Pro personal account in specific conditions, "said Olga Okuneva, project manager, TANAiS.

As part of the implementation of the system, TANAiS specialists have set up unique document forms for the customer. We divided the applications by type and built processing routes for each with the help of no-code: we added conditions, additional stages of coordination and verification. For the heads of divisions, they realized the opportunity to issue applications for several employees at once. To simplify and improve the convenience of HR employees, we have established seamless integration between Directum HR Pro and 1S:ZUP.
