Domestic printed circuit boards of the 6th accuracy class helped to enter the register of devices. During the year, the company perfected the technological process. As it turned out, mass production of printed circuit boards of this class is a challenge for Russian realities. Despite this, GS Nanotech managed to achieve stable quality and optimal timing.

We understand the situation on the market: in pursuit of the maximum number of points, DDR memory modules received microcontrollers in their composition, redundant in functionality, but giving manufacturers cherished points. We took a different path and are ready to offer the market registered DDR without it, but with a domestic printed circuit board and an interesting price, - said Alexey Borodastov, Development Director of GS Nanotech.

DDR is a type of RAM that is used in computers and other computing devices. The speed of data processing and task execution depends on it.

The product line is represented by two form factors. The first is a more compact one - it is a 260 pin SO-DIMM and a 1024M/2048Mx64-bit memory chip configuration, which is in demand in laptops, thin clients, all-in-one units. The second - U-DIMM has the following parameters: 288 pin, 2048Mx64 bit and will be in demand in AWS, PC. Both versions have a clock speed of 3200 MHz and a total memory capacity of 8/16/32 GB, and also comply with the JEDEC JESD-79-4 standard.
