2025: Implementation of the "Adaptation Stream"

Flocktory has implemented the Adaptation Flow service to speed up the adaptation of new employees. Not only has this digital tool streamlined the onboarding process, it has turned it into a fun game, increasing the engagement and motivation of newcomers. TalentTech (Severgroup TT) announced this on April 14, 2025.

Prior to the implementation of the Adaptation Stream, the adaptation process was opaque and overloaded with information. Newcomers received a large document folder and had to quickly master all the company's regulations, which caused stress and confusion. It was difficult for HR professionals to track the progress of newcomers and collect feedback.

The main goal of the introduction of the Adaptation Stream was to systematize adaptation materials, make the submission of information easy and timely, as well as minimize the routine tasks of HR.

The adaptation in Flocktory now takes place in a game format, where each level is a step towards the successful completion of the probation period:

  • Before going to work. Preboarding, familiarization with the mission, values ​ ​ and history of the company, access to telegram channels and articles, filling out a questionnaire for creating a welcome post.
  • Start of work. Information about benefits, documents, work format and contacts useful on the first working day.
  • First week. Introduction to the referral program and corporate culture.
  • Equator. Collecting feedback from a newcomer about mastering the tasks, structure of the company, its products and the role of buddy.
  • Completion of probationary period. Provision of full access to benefits, congratulations on the successful completion of the probation period and a final survey on the effectiveness of the adaptation process.

For new employees, three adaptation tracks have been developed that take into account the specifics of working in the office, remotely and in the IT department. The general structure of the tracks is similar, but the content is adapted to the specific needs of employees, while a convenient designer allows you to quickly edit materials. So, in the track for office employees there is a block about the location of the office and access control, for remote ones - information about connecting to corporate systems, and for IT specialists - a detailed description of the programs and services used, - said Anastasia Popova, internal communications manager at Flocktory.

Gamification has become a key element in adapting newcomers to Flocktory. Thanks to the "Stream Adaptation" service, we have made onboarding an exciting and structured process.
