The service not only accelerated the work of employees, but also made it possible to save money: if earlier you had to spend several packs of paper, now one package is enough for two to three months.

The pharmaceutical company Rompharma is engaged in the wholesale of medicines for the treatment of eye diseases and chondroprotectors for the musculoskeletal system. Rompharma is represented in many cities throughout Russia - from the Far East to Kaliningrad. The company has no branches: about 200 employees work remotely. The two-person HR department is located in the head office in Moscow.

The idea of ​ ​ switching to KEDO in Rompharm began to be discussed in 2020 due to the pandemic, and finally decided on electronic documents in personnel after a fire in 2022, which destroyed all the company's paper documentation. Another important argument in favor of CEDO was the saving of time, money and paper.

The choice of integrator was obvious: the company is already successfully using other Contour products and employees are very happy with the result.

The process of switching to Kontur.KEDO took four months. At first, orders for vacation, business trips and some applications were transferred to electronic form. Then almost all personnel documents and processes were transferred to KEDO. Only those documents that cannot be transferred to electronic form under the law, as well as consents to receive, process, transfer personal data, remained on paper.

With KEDO, Rompharma personnel specialists managed to get rid of paperwork, freeing up working time for more important tasks. Employees sign all documents on time. Before the introduction of the service, employees often sent photos of handwritten documents to personnel, many of them were almost unreadable. Now the exchange of electronic personnel documents in the company takes place through the personal account in Kontur.KEDO, and they sign them with electronic signatures that give them legal force on a par with paper ones.
