Automation of regulated accounting and payroll in Wella LLC

The project is implemented within the first stage of creation of the unified information system of management of all financial and economic organization activity.

As a result of implementation, on the platform "1C: Predpriyatiya8", accomplishment of the most labor-consuming transactions is optimized, the transparency of accounting increased, terms and labor costs are reduced by formation of the regulated and internal reporting, payroll. The efficiency of reflection of economic transactions in an information system is increased. 20 jobs are automated.

Wella LLC is the company on service maintenance (repair of footwear). 10 divisions are a part of the company.

For ensuring full-fledged management of all business processes of Wella LLC the end-to-end information system allowing to unify accounting, tax, management accounting in a common information space was required.

As a result of market monitoring, the partner in automation selected 1C-Rarus company having wide experience of implementation of corporate information systems, which offered as a basis of the information system "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

Wella was determined by the management a problem of the first stage of the project - to create an information system for conducting regulated accounting and personnel management (namely, payroll) on 10 divisions of the company.

As a result of implementation of the first stage of the project on a basis "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", the following subsystems are brought into commercial operation:

• Operational accounting;
• Accounting;
• Tax accounting;
• Payroll calculation.

As a result of implementation:

• 1. Setting, tuning and automation of regulated accounting is performed according to requirements of the Russian legislation and corporate account policy.
• 2. Uniform criteria by a technique of collecting, calculation, the analysis and providing credentials are entered for all divisions. The centralized system with uniform normative and help base for all divisions of group of companies is created.
• 3. The efficiency of reflection of economic transactions in information space is increased. It allows to obtain quickly information on all divisions and to control timely carrying out payments, payroll.
• 4. The inconsistency and duplication of information arising earlier at repeated data entry on individuals by the staff of HR department and accounting are excluded.
• 5. Preparation of the regulated reporting in state bodies is simplified (The Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the tax inspection, etc.).
• 6. Significantly the efficiency and accuracy of the analysis – time of obtaining necessary information of 5-10 minutes increased.
• 7. Conducting tax accounting and data of the final balance sheet in a single system excluded additional reconciliation and errors.
• 8. Labor costs of accounting and HR department are reduced twice.
• 9. The access isolation subsystem to a system allowing to configure flexibly settings of access for users to data of a system is implemented.

Helped with setting of accounting on conducting settlement, accounting of OS. As a result of joint work of our IT service and specialists 1C-Rarus the created information system on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" yeilded tangible results. There was an opportunity to lift operational accounting processes of the company to higher level. The new information system based on "1C:Enterprise 8" became the reliable tool in preparation of the regulated reporting and minimization of tax risks. Automation reduced labor costs by accounting that, in turn, gives the chance to select more time for the solution of difficult analytical tasks and at the same time not to overwork.
