TNK-BP considers all traveling expenses in the new module from SAP

The EVOLA company automated management of business trips in TNK-BP.

Previously

Within the strategy of development for a corporate prototype on personnel management of TNK-BP company the decision on implementation in holding of functionality on management of business trips based on the HCM SAP ERP system was made.

Solution

The SAP solution SAP Travel Management – the management tool business trips integrating all stages of a business trip in the uniform integrated process.

Within a pilot project process of management of business trips is automated in the corporate center, JSC VCNG and TNK-Uvat LLC. The created corporate prototype includes uniform business processes and report forms on all subsidiaries of the company. During the project traveling expenses of the enterprises of the Exploration and production business direction of TNK-BP are unified, integration with three financial systems (for each balance sheet unit separately), with a system of accounting of working time and payroll is executed.
