2025: Implementation of video surveillance system

Rostelecom in Ugra has already installed over 1,000 CCTV cameras in socially significant facilities. One of the latest projects was the equipment with digital devices of the buildings of the Khanty-Mansiysk District Hospital and its branches. About 150 cameras were placed both on the entrance groups and indoors. Rostelecom announced this on April 24, 2025.

The cameras used are equipped with built-in sensors and indicators that provide advanced video analytics functions: motion recording even in low light conditions thanks to infrared illumination, are able to recognize sounds and timely notify of broadcast failures. All data received from video devices is stored in a secure cloud for 30 days.

Alexandra Iskhizova, director of work with the corporate and state segments of Rostelecom in the Urals, noted that providing socially significant objects with video systems is an important area of ​ ​ the company's work.
