2025: Transition to MTS Link

MTS Link became the main solution for business communications of Chernogolovka Group of Companies. MTS Link is used by employees of Chernogolovka production sites and offices, as well as representatives of the holding's partner network. MTS Link announced this on April 24, 2025.

With the help of the Meetings service, the company holds meetings, including large-scale meetings with the participation of employees of sites located in different regions of Russia. To visualize ideas at online meetings, the team uses MTS Link Boards. Office employees use the opportunity to quickly call colleagues from meeting rooms by installing a mini-PC with MTS Link accounts in them.

For daily correspondence and prompt resolution of working issues, the Chernogolovka team uses the Chata corporate messenger, where the possibility of not only individual communication, but also in groups is realized. Also, the messenger has created thematic and news channels of the group of companies.

Chernogolovka increases the efficiency of communications using MTS Link tools based on artificial intelligence (AI). For example, AI decryption and sammarization of meetings frees users from the need to revise records. Also popular is the AI assistant in Chats: it compiles short results of correspondence - thus, you do not have to read each message.

MTS Link services are used not only by the staff of the group of companies, but also by representatives of partner companies. In 2025, Chernogolovka plans to increase the number of guest access for partners so that all business communication between employees takes place on a single platform.

The scale and geography of the business require the introduction of a single platform for online communications. We were looking for a Russian service with functionality that would replace Microsoft Teams, and the MTS Link ecosystem was the answer. The solution works stably during large-scale online events and the implementation of non-standard scenarios, such as, for example, broadcasts from factories.
