Transfer transportations of passengers of "S7 Service Taxi" are serviced through platform 3CX

The new call center is organized as additional service for order taking for a transfer of passengers of S7 Airlines from the city in the airport. Selecting the platform for start of call center, technical specialists of S7 Service considered different options of modern hardware and software systems.

For the choice of such complex it was important to consider three important criteria: efficiency of use of resources, reliability of all components of the IP platform, its compatibility with products 1C. The choice S7 stopped Service on modern IP to the 3CX Phone System platform. For implementation of this project the ICE Partners company, the official distributor of 3CX was selected from Russia.

For start of call center of S7 Service specialists of ICE Partners offered complex equipment. Together with the 3CX Phone System program station all operator places are completed with the Yealink SIP-T22 IP phones and YSH32 IP headsets. Processing of all information coming to call center is made through 1C, special integration module 3CX-1C is for this purpose used.

"When there was a question of creation of call center we attentively studied the hardware and software systems existing in the market and came to a conclusion that 3CX will become the most optimal solution. Especially as ICE Partners offered completely finished system, both "iron", and software", - Oleg Solovykh, the development director of S7 told Service.
