Compatibility with Red OS M

The Red Software company, together with ElNetMed, checked the correct operation of the MILA service in the environment of the mobile operating system Red OS M. According to the results of testing, the application demonstrated stability and functionality, including the patient's personal account and interaction services with medical organizations.

The tests confirmed the correct operation of MILA on devices with RED OS M, which will allow clinics to safely use the service for online recording, telemedicine consultations and the exchange of medical data. The solution is focused on working with personal medical data and meets the requirements of 152-FZ, which makes compatibility with the domestic platform critical for the market.

Market entry

The companies "ElNetMed" and "Netrika. Medicine" bring to the market an ecosystem of digital services for a patient under the general name MILA based on the N3.Health platform. The solution allows private clinics to quickly deploy a personal account for patients, online appointments, telemedicine consultations, electronic prescriptions and drug reservations at pharmacies.

MILA enables clinics to establish high-quality communication with patients by combining all the necessary services around the patient for health care: a single medical record, online appointment, telemedicine, issuance of electronic prescriptions and reservation of pharmacy goods (users can search more than 40,000 pharmacies throughout Russia). MILA independently forms a complete medical history for the patient, automatically aggregating data from different medical institutions. At the same time, the patient can supplement his medical card and share it with doctors.

As early as June 2025, more than 8000 private clinics that are connected to the N3.Health are absolutely free to use MILA to display medical documents to their patients.

The functionality of MILA also includes marketing tools - publication of promotions, collection of reviews, implementation of loyalty programs. To enrich third-party personal accounts, some services are available in the form of ready-made widgets.

Special attention in MILA is paid to safety. Exchange data medical with organizations takes place through secure communication channels in accordance with Russian law. In order to improve security, MILA is officially connected to () UIAS Public services for user authorization, so that the clinic does not need to additionally register the patient in the personal account and issue access codes.

For patients, MILA is a public free service (mila.online or MILA mobile application). The clinic can open a profile in MILA or deploy a branded version of the patient's personal account on its own domain, including MILA services (White Label version). In this case, a branded mobile application is available for the clinic.

With MILA, we want to give the patient access to their medical record in order to simplify the process of health care at times. We strive to bring together as much of his medical data around the person as possible, including through interaction with state health information systems. As of June 2025, over 8,000 organizations were connected to our platform, which transferred more than 16 million medical documents. For medical organizations, MILA is a ready-made solution that allows you to digitize interaction with patients. We constantly monitor the market and actively invest in the development of new services in MILA, which meet the needs of both medical organizations and patients, - said Denis Chumakov, CEO of ElNetMed (integration platform N3.Health).
