Based on the "Citros Digital Platform," a documentation portal was developed - this is a single information system that provides storage, management and search for information, as well as support for corporate sites and work with files in multi-user mode. The portal allows you to use files, create versions of them, as well as workspaces for individual users or groups in all branches of the company, regardless of the geographical location and level of access of employees.

This platform withstands serious loads: the system allows you to download up to 50 thousand at a time, and files the current volume of documentation exceeds 3 million files with a projected growth of 1 million files annually. In addition, it allows you to quickly and efficiently work with large files - up to 50 GB, which was impossible on the old platform. The number of users of the system is about 1,000 employees.
