PSIwms manages the distribution center of the Mistral company in Moscow

Within strategic partnership the SystemGroup company together with PSI Logistics company completed an implementation project of the warehouse management system PSIwms in Mistral Trading company - the largest producer and the distributor of food.

The implementation project of a system was completely finished in December, 2010. The distribution center more than 8000 m ², equipped with frontal shirokoprokhodny racks, is used for storage of goods and supply of wholesale and retail clients of the company with it. The PSIwms system optimizes work of a warehouse taking into account all specifics of work with food such as expiration date, weight and fragility of packaging of goods, different customer requirements by residual expiration dates, etc. For process optimization of a complete set in a warehouse work of both static, and dynamic zones of selection, depending on groups of articles is organized. For the purpose of economy of the place in a zone of unloading/loading the algorithm of export complete (whole) a pallet on gate only after arrival of the vehicle for loading is implemented.

Implementation of the voice topSpeech-Lydia system for start of a complete set on Pick By Voice technology will become the next stage of process of optimization of intra warehouse logistics in Mistral company. The topSpeech-Lydia system will be closely integrated with PSIwms. The Pick By Voice technology allows the picker to conduct direct "voice dialogue" with the WMS system by means of the special mobile terminal, reducing thereby paper work, quantity of the made mistakes and expenses on additional employees. At the same time the convenience and speed of work of pickers considerably increase. The implementation project of a voice system in cooperation with PSI Logistics will be implemented by the SystemGroup company entering into the international group System Group.
