2022-2024

Kukut became CEO "Ariston Termo Rus" in 2022, replacing Emanuele Jommi in this position. In light of this, the board of directors will reconsider the decision of August 1, 2024 to deconsolidate Ariston Thermo Rus and take into account the corresponding losses, the Italian company said.

As a result of the changes, Kukut returned to the post of general director of Ariston Termo Rus. The founder of this organization, according to the SPARK-Interfax service, is Ariston Holding N.V. The company was registered in 2002 in Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Region. The main activity is the production of household electrical devices. In addition, several other areas of work are indicated: wholesale trade in electric household appliances, retail trade in audio and video equipment in specialized stores, as well as the production of sinks, washes, baths and other sanitary products and their components made of ferrous metals, copper or aluminum.^[1]
