Administration of the Vologda region (BARS. Web Monitoring of Housing Stock)

Based on the software solution "BARS. Web Monitoring of Housing Stock" with the assistance of Runetsoft company the project of creation of an information and analytical system "The register of housing stock of the Vologda region" is implemented.

Expectations and plans

Using the software solution automation of basic processes of housing and communal services of the subject is planned. In particular – formation of the regional register of all housing stock, databases of sources of utility resources, engineering networks, power passports of buildings, rates and standards of consumption of housing and communal services, drawing up reference books of the managing directors servicing, contract organizations, condition monitoring of housing stock, collecting of the internal and external reporting, creation of programs of overhaul, control of their accomplishment. Development of a part of new modules is conducted by specialists of Runetsoft company.

In addition to the above-mentioned, software implementation is intended to make work of housing and public utilities of more transparent and to provide providing state services to the population in electronic form. Obtain information on payment of utilities, will begin to be aware of the overhaul course thanks to a system much more simply and quicker.

Now data loading on apartment and individual houses of two largest cities of area – Vologda and Cherepovets is complete.
