Solution "BARS. Web Monitoring of Housing Stock" it is intended for process automation of formation and execution of the program of an overhaul, management of financial flows on all financing sources (federal, republican, municipal funds, means of homeowners and other sources), control of charge, payment and accumulation of funds of homeowners and also condition monitoring of housing stock in scales of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation.
