Reksoft launches a service on the market - the creation and implementation of its own APCS standard for industrial holdings. The service is addressed to holdings, in the structure of which there are several enterprises equipped with production lines from different manufacturers. Reksoft announced this on May 20, 2025.

According to Reksofts, the Russian industrial automation market by 2025 will exceed 200 billion rubles with a dynamics of 5-7%. About 75% of this volume will go to import substitution and support the operability of existing systems and equipment. One of the pressing problems of industrial enterprises, regardless of industry, is the heterogeneity of systems and production lines even within one enterprise. This situation is observed in more than 90% of enterprises. At different stages of production, equipment from different manufacturers is most often involved, which is difficult to integrate into the common system of the enterprise and among themselves, which leads to a lack of consistency in the formats for receiving, displaying and transmitting information. This negatively affects the management of the entire enterprise as a whole, since the increase in efficiency, among other things, lies in the plane of work with individual aspects of individual areas. This problem was especially aggravated after the departure of foreign vendors due to the impossibility of the usual maintenance and development of existing systems and equipment. In addition, the problem of lack of qualified personnel to work with production equipment is acute.

In response to these challenges, Reksoft offers industrial holdings to develop and implement their own unified standard for all enterprises of the structure. This will allow, without replacing the equipment, to transfer all business units of the holding to a single system software (software), standard hardware configurations, as well as create standard application software libraries in accordance with industry standards.

Standardization will allow:

• quickly and efficiently implement new and modernize old systems at different holding sites;
• Move from simple copying of high-risk sample solutions to an object-oriented approach to application software development
• Simplify change control and speed up improvements without having to test the entire system
• Deploy implementations through any IT team or contractor through standardized documentation.

The service includes several stages. First, a survey and technical audit of production is carried out, then a single standard is being developed for PLC and SCADA for all enterprises of the holding. The last stage is the upgrade of the existing APCS level to the target state.
