The branch of 1C-Rarus company completed the project of automation of trade and optimization of a goods turnover in IP Balangding A. V. The project is implemented based on the product "1C: Trade Management 8".
Choice basis
The management set as the purpose - to increase the number of clients and to increase loyalty of buyers. It was possible to reach it only on condition of gain of control of work of retail outlets, quality improvement and efficiency of service. With respect thereto the decision on the beginning of use of an automated system of conducting operational accounting was made.
Director of retail network Alexey Balandin: "Beginning the project, we first of all wanted to receive the convenient instrument of registration and control of trade operations and also to optimize a goods turnover, having avoided thereby overstocking in warehouses and counters. We selected the contractor and selected suitable programs from the 1C:Enterprise 8 family.
Solution
For achievement of assigned tasks the decision to implement was made:
- 1C: Retail 8 - in shops of Harmony of Purity household chemicals
- 1C: Trade Management 8 - at the central office
- "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8" - in shop of the products "Harmony of Taste" and the central office.
Specialists 1C-Rarus provided data exchange between 1C: Trade Management 8, 1C: Retail 8 and "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8" central office and shops.
All this allows the management to exercise operating control of cash flow, settlement and also to control warehouse stocks, is centralized to manage the range.
During the project the main business processes are automated:
- Sales management
- Management of warehouse stocks
- Purchase management and range
- Settlement with buyers and suppliers
- Pricing
- Monitoring and analysis of a trading activity of network
- Analytical reporting.
The created information system allowed to achieve the following results:
- Goods issue speed to buyers is increased, service rate is increased twice
- Trade inventories in a warehouse are optimized. Overstocking of a warehouse is reduced by 20%
- Regrading of goods is reduced up to 10%. Due to formation of the qualitative and wide range, fall forward of customer service by 2.5 times the number of sales is increased
- Personnel labor productivity due to reduction of routine transactions is increased
- Work with suppliers is optimized, delivery time of goods in shops is reduced, control of timeliness and completeness of the goods delivery from the supplier in shops is provided.
- The control of the prices of suppliers excluding unreasonable increase in prices for goods and introduction of additional margins is adjusted
- Pricing process is optimized (the prices are established on a centralized basis)
- Due to increase in an information exchange rate between shops and the central office on existence of goods in warehouses, an opportunity of the timely and operational order of missing units of production is had.
