Etalon Group has completed the transition to the Delta BI analytics system. The solution fully replaced the functionality of the foreign BI product and provided the company with a modern approach to managing reporting on key business indicators. Employees in 10 regions of the group's presence received access to 100 + reporting forms. Navicon (Navicon) announced this on May 21, 2025.

Previously, a foreign BI system was used to solve the problems of monitoring indicators and data analytics. With the termination of its support in Russia, the company faced the task of switching to an import-independent IT solution. It was required not only to replicate existing business processes in the new contour, but also to get additional tools for developing the analytical infrastructure in all divisions of the group.

In Etalon, they chose the import-independent Delta BI system. It is a versatile advanced analysis platform that combines the functionality of Business Analytics, Data Preparation, and Data Science solutions.

The transition to Delta BI in Etalon was implemented in 9 months by an internal team of three specialists trained at Navicon. During the work, more than 50 analytical reports were transferred from previous systems with a complete adaptation of business processes. After each data block was migrated, employee training followed and old reports were disabled.

As of May 2025, the platform is used in 10 regions of the group's presence. The business has received at its disposal more than 100 ready-made reporting forms, which allows you to quickly solve any problems in the field of data analysis.
