The Softline company announced in February, 2011 implementation in Naberezhnochelninskiye kommunalnye sistemy LLC (NChKS) of the DeskWork corporate portal using which labor productivity of employees thanks to repeated acceleration of search of necessary information, business process automation increased.
Softline and "The Naberezhnye Chelny utility systems" closely cooperate the second year. "Softline ensures accurate functioning of specialists, operational consultations on opportunities and options of purchases of software, the help in problem solving, fast accomplishment of requests and competent execution of reporting documentation, – Larisa Dotsenko, the lead engineer of GIT notes, is and defined the choice of the supplier".
Implementation of the DeskWork corporate portal demanded the help of technical specialists of Softline company. The staff of NChKS quickly studied work with the portal and began to use it in daily activity. Larisa Dotsenko tells: "In our company rather experienced users, special training in work with a product was not required, and the module "General Chat" always recovers routine work of financial services". Most often the staff of NChKS uses the modules "Address Directory", "Birthdays", "Chat".
"Address directory" gives an opportunity of sorting according to any of fields and search of the employee in name fields and a surname. The module is connected with "Graphic structure of the company", allowing to use information of the general objects as that: user, division. The module applies for an original informatin from the Active Directory directory, allows to enter it manually and also to import data on users from XML files. Using import from XML files integration with other systems, for example, obtaining information on employees from the existing management programs for personnel and registration of personnel is possible.
"Birthdays" allows to congratulate the colleague on an opportunity to send him a congratulation directly from this module timely. The module "General Chat" gives to employees the chance to communicate in real time on the page of the portal. All users of the specific page of the portal have access, i.e. it is possible to make the general chat of the company, the general chat in department, the general chat of the separate working group and so on.
