2025: Neon HRM Implementation
Nexign (Nexain) and National Projectstroy Group of Companies have agreed to supply and implement a comprehensive Neon HRM solution. Nexign announced this on May 22, 2025. The system will help unite all employees of the group of companies, whose number exceeds 100,000, in a single information pool, get rid of a set of disparate HR solutions that are used in different departments, and create a single point of entry to all HR processes.
A corporate portal and a knowledge base will appear in the National Project, as well as modules "Goal Setting," "IPR," "Training," "Assessment 360," "Adaptation" and "Analytics." The main goals of the implementation are to accelerate internal communications between employees, reduce labor costs for searching documents and filing applications, and provide access to news and HR self-service services. Tools within the solution will help you organize transparent goal setting, build a system of development and retention of employees, and managers will allow you to receive timely reports on processes related to subordinates.
The specificity of personnel management in the National Project is that most employees do not have assigned jobs in the office, so the ability to access the system from a mobile device is especially important for them.
At this stage, a pilot stage of implementation of the solution for 16,000 employees has been launched - it will last until September 2025.
We are proud of the trust from the National Project: now one of the largest employers in Russia uses Neon HRM. For us, this project is associated with certain challenges, because during the work, the Nexign implementation team, together with the customer's representatives, will have to think over the methodology for using the system by different legal entities within the group of companies, "said Nexign Commercial Director Sergei Karpov. |
