2024: Process Automation in Support Units
In RTLabs for several products, data must be transferred regularly between two information systems located in different network loops. The process had to be carried out manually, this took time from technicians and sometimes led to manual input errors.
To solve the problem, the company began to look for a domestic RPA platform. The choice was stopped on the Primo RPA platform, which allows you to use both scripts and no-code tools. Another plus is quick support from the vendor during implementation.
With RPA, the company has automated processes in support departments: software robots read the contents of incoming requests and transfer data from one system to another.
Automation reduced the burden on engineers and helped avoid errors related to manual data entry.
