2025: Automation of Processes in Assembly, Mechanical and Accounting Shops
KBE of the XXI century works with small-scale production orders: products are moved between workshops, technological passports are applied to them, everything needs to be recorded and checked. Before implementing RPA, this work was done manually by employees. It took 3-4 hours a day to reconcile data, upload documents and print, while mistakes due to haste were inevitable.
The company decided to automate processes in order to relieve the burden on employees and speed up the processing of orders. Among the solutions on the Russian market, Primo RPA was chosen - because of the convenient interface, understandable documentation, training videos and support that helped at each stage. The first to automate a complex process - loading passports. This made it possible to immediately identify all the nuances and make sure that the platform is flexible.
Now in the KBE of the XXI century, robots are involved in assembly and mechanical workshops, as well as in accounting. More than 48 processes are automated: moving products, printing passports according to templates, logging actions, saving documents. Separate web interfaces with logs are written for some of the tasks. Employees can now focus on accepting and placing new orders.
