The total purchase volume is 415 servers of two types and 166 managed network switches. The bulk of the order is made up of 332 servers of the first type, complemented by 83 servers of the second type with enhanced storage capabilities.

Servers of the first type are equipped with processors with at least 24 cores and a base frequency of 2.2 GHz with support for up to 48 threads. The amount of DDR5 RAM is at least 128 GB expandable up to 1 TB and a data transfer rate of 4500 MT/s.

The storage system includes 480 GB and 1.92 TB SSDs. Servers support hardware virtualization, 1 Gb/s and 10 Gb/s network ports, and redundant remote management systems.

Servers of the second type have similar processors and memory, but are additionally equipped with 8 TB HDDs each. Both types of servers are rack-mounted, occupy no more than two units and support round-the-clock operation.

Network switches are 100 Gb/s managed Layer 3 devices. Each switch includes 24 ports, two redundant power supplies, and supports stacking, VLAN, QoS, and DDoS protection technologies.[1]

The Supplier shall provide 20 sample servers for review within five days of contract award. The check will take up to five working days, after which the main shipment will begin. The delivery time of equipment for each judicial institution is 60 days from the date of the examination.

The terms of reference provide for the supply of new equipment issued no earlier than 2024, with a full package of documentation in Russian. The origin of the supplied servers is not specified in the specification.

The purchased servers are of the rack type with virtualization support and high fault tolerance. Each server is equipped with at least one processor expandable to two, with each processor containing at least 20 cores. The amount of RAM reaches 1024 GB with DDR5 modules that provide error correction.

For data storage, SSD and HDD drives with eight LFF slots, RAID support and disk controller cache from 4 GB are provided. The cooling system has a redundancy of N + 2, power supplies - N + 1, which minimizes the risk of interruptions. Power of each power supply unit is at least 1200 W.

The servers support PCIe 5.0, Ethernet network ports with speeds ranging from 1 Gb/s and modern storage interfaces, including NVMe and SAS. Such technical characteristics provide high performance and reliability of equipment for the operation of the judicial system.[2]
