The agro-industrial holding Sibagro"" introduced in Directum RX 2 months. This was Directum announced on May 27, 2025.

With the help of the system, Sibagro optimized the work with documents. For 2 months on no-code, the project team configured key processes in Directum RX and trained users to work in the system and mobile application Directum Jazz.

SPK Soft, Directum partner, has implemented Directum RX. For construction projects, the agro-industrial holding needed to set up a formalized and reliable way of maintaining documentation in the shortest possible time. The company chose Directum RX thanks to the ability to quickly implement through no-code tuning. The decisive factors were also integration with other systems, remote access through a mobile application.

It was planned to complete the installation and configuration in a week. But the customer needed to manually transfer documents to the new system, because they were previously stored in a web application. As a result, the setup work lasted 2 weeks. During this time, the team:

• created the organizational structure of the company in the system, entered information about employees;
• Set up modules, required document types, logs
• organized an exchange with counterparties through integration with Kontur.Diadok;
• implemented the Directum Jazz application so that employees could work with documents and tasks outside the office.

The team also adapted the Meetings module for customer business processes. Instead of a template for issuing orders, a separate tab "Assigned tasks" and a new report "Printed form of the protocol" were developed.

So that employees can quickly adapt to the system, they were trained and consulted on the use of the Directum Jazz mobile application. The entire implementation project took 2 months.

In the future, Sibagro is preparing to integrate with the 1C system to upload payment information from it to Directum RX, and with the project management system to synchronize business processes. The work with the construction documentation will be optimized: storage of sheets, kits, sighting, stamping.
