The IT completed installation of a system of web monitoring of parameters of the main electric inputs of the building in the Center of education Tsaritsyno.
Background
According to the Federal law Federal Law No. 261 "About energy saving …" which became effective since January 1, 2010 the enterprises and the organizations of the budget sphere need to control consumption of energy resources carefully. The organizations, including educational institutions, are obliged to lower annually energy consumption not less than by 3%. For this purpose the management of budget organization needs to have in the online mode a detailed picture on energy consumption where "problem" sections clearly are visible, only in this case the possibility of planning of energy consumption appears.
About the Project
The IT company completed the first stage of the project of creation of a system of web monitoring of parameters of the main electric inputs in one of buildings of the Center of education Tsaritsyno.
The solution developed by IT is from the intelligent device of the control of the electric power in industrial execution providing collection of information on consumption of energy resources and supporting a set of standard network and technology interfaces and also the built-in Web server. The special web portal allowing to provide control and rational energy management is also developed. Further the functionality of the solution is going to be expanded, having provided thereby effective accounting of other resources — waters, it is warm.
Implementation
The IT offered a system to the Center of education Tsaritsyno in the summer of 2010. As a result of negotiations the agreement on system implementation of accounting of a power consumption in one of four buildings of the Center was reached. Then the team of specialists of IT performed installation of equipment and its installation.
Base
The basis of the solution is formed by the intelligent device for collecting, storages and data views on consumption of different energy resources. It allows to collect information from power consumption counters, to provide storage and information transfer and gives ample opportunities in the field of analytical interpretation of data. A system is capable to display the actual electricity consumption on any timepoint and provides access to this information in the school computer network or via the Internet. In addition to electricity consumption accounting a system allows to fix quality characteristics of a power supply system of school.
Objectives
Further it is going to integrate into a system accounting of other resources (heat, a hot and cold water). The plans of IT are development of the created solution by completion of the interface and expansion of functionality.
