Any outgoing and incoming calls passing through the Flowwow platform in Russia will be protected using the MTS Exolve functionality. It allows you to implement call forwarding to a virtual number, and the system connects them through the Telecom API.

An additional step to protect users was the test implementation of the Authorized Call product. Now, if the marketplace partner needs to clarify the details of the completed order or ask about delivery, incoming calls for the client will be determined as Flowwow.
