The growth is supported not only by an increase in turnover, but also by a significant expansion of the client base. The number of buyers on the Flowwow platform increased by 77%, exceeding 1.34 million people. This is driven by successful customer engagement and retention, a key factor in the company's long-term strategy, Flowwow said. The number of partner stores also increased by 31%, with more than 12,500 sellers at the end of 2023.

Among the most popular categories of goods were bouquets, confectionery, living plants and gift certificates. In particular, the confectionery sector showed significant success with GMV of 674 million rubles, which reflects the growing interest of consumers in the products of local manufacturers, customized goods, as well as the strengthening of Flowwow's position in this market segment.
