The first applied task implemented on the TNP platform is put in trial operation

The KOMPAS company put in trial operation to the Customer, SPb SUE Gorelektrotrans, the first module of a new subsystem "KOMPAS: Vehicles" which is called "KOMPAS: Waybills" It is the first module ERP systems KOMPAS implemented not on the usual tool "Masters of the COMPASS", and on the newest development of the company, the TNP platform using .Net technology.

In spite of the fact that the module is implemented in other technology, than other parts of the ERP system, it works with them in a common information space, using where it is necessary, the general data.

In the module "COMPASS: Waybills" are implemented the following basic functions:

• 1. Maintaining the list of vehicles with detailed characteristics of each vehicle.
• 2. The statement of daily dresses on divisions.
• 3. Mass statement of waybills.
• 4. Processing of waybills in the course of which necessary these workers of the following categories bring:
  • manager;
  • mechanic:
  • technician of fuel and lubricants;
  • health worker;
  • operator of control and settlement group.

• 5. Payroll of drivers taking into account rates for driving of specific vehicles, idle times, works in days off and holidays and night hours and also rates for accomplishment of other works.
• 6. Calculation of different types of awards to drivers.
• 7. Calculation of a standard cost of fuel automatically on vehicle mileage taking into account correction factors on route movements, to age of the car and a seasonal factor (an additional expense on heating of salon and warming up of the engine), works of a special equipment, existence of the conditioner, existence of the trailer.
• 8. Accounting of the actual consumption of fuel and all gas stations.
• 9. Calculation of economy and excessive consumption of fuel.
• 10. The configured control of correctness of data entry according to waybills and the configured warnings of emergencies.
• 11. Maintaining documents of fuel group.
• 12. Accounting of coupons of the Customer.
• 13. Issue of the reporting, including dispatching magazine, card of accounting of work of the driver, reports on a consumption of fuel and lubricants, etc.
