2025: Start of sales at MegaFon Cloud

On June 18, 2025, Nexign launched sales of Cloud HRM, a workforce engagement, development and motivation solution, in MegaFon's cloud. The solution was created on the basis of Russian development, included in the register of domestic software, and makes it possible to automate the company's HR processes.

The service includes "Corporate Portal" with a personal account, quick access to HR services, organizational structure, news and communities, a gratitude system and a market with virtual currency. For the development and training of personnel, the solution provides an LMS system with a course designer and analytics.

The Adaptation module helps to organize high-quality onboarding and quickly bring newcomers to the efficiency plateau, and the knowledge base provides access to corporate documents.

In the near future, Target Setting, IPR, Survey 360, as well as C&B modules will appear in Cloud HRM, the company said.

According to the experience of Nexign and customers, automation of adaptation and training processes can reduce their costs by up to 50%.
