2025: Move to SimpleOne ITSM Solution
FM Logistic switched from ServiceNow to a Russian IT process management system from developer SimpleOne. Migration to the SimpleOne ITSM solution helped improve logistics processes and build a single architecture to automate all operations, from pricing to document processing. SimpleOne announced this on June 18, 2025.
FM Logistic is engaged in warehouse logistics and cargo transportation. For such a business, it is critical that all computer systems run smoothly - any shutdown can disrupt the supply chain and disrupt the delivery of goods to customers. Therefore, the company decided to switch to the SimpleOne ITSM system, a solution that allows IT to maximize compliance with business needs and increase end-user satisfaction.
ICL Soft completed the project in just a month. Thanks to similar interfaces and the professional approach of the integrator, FM Logistic has maintained the uninterrupted operation of IT services that provide transport and warehouse operations. During the transition, the integrator team moved more than 50,000 incidents and service requests, more than 4,500 change requests, and more than 1,000 configuration units.

The system handles thousands of incidents and service requests related to the key activities of the 3PL operator, including comprehensive warehouse management, support for [transport] operations and cargo processing processes.
The experience of using SimpleOne opens up prospects for scaling the ITSM solution to other FM Logistic divisions, including the quality department for claim management, and local departments that have similar application registration flows.
