The pharmaceutical company Otisipharm acquired the manufacturer of drugs Baltfarmaceutical. The deal was completed in June 2025.

Otisipharm is an isolated structure of a large pharmaceutical group Pharmstandard. The company specializes in the over-the-counter portfolio of drugs of the parent organization.

The father of the new beneficiary of Infamed K Vasily Kulkov - Yegor Kulkov - is one of the founders of Pharmstandard. He also acts as a long-time business partner of businessman Viktor Kharitonin, who controls Pharmstandard.

Baltpharmaceutical was registered in 2002 in the Kaliningrad region under the name Baltpolymer. In 2009, the organization was named "Infamed," and in 2010 it was renamed to its current name.

The company has repeatedly changed owners. Initially, the asset was controlled by Yuri Karafelov, then the rights to it passed to the Austrian Megainpharm GmbH and Andrei Gorokhov. The last owner before the sale of Otisipharm was Ivan Kirichenko.

Infamed K was created in 2011 in the Kaliningrad region. The company also went through several changes of ownership, including Karafelov, the parent Infamed, Andrei Gorokhov and his son Anton Gorokhov.

Baltpharmaceutical performs the functions of the management company of the Ecobaltik industrial park. Infamed K is an anchor resident of this industrial complex.

The marketing authorization for Miramistin belongs to the parent company Infamed. The beneficiary of this organization at the beginning of 2025 was Vitaly Nikolaev, who replaced Irina Khugaeva in this position.[1]
