2022: Implementation of the Infinity Call Centre

Mountain Resort Krasnaya Polyana (NAO Krasnaya Polyana) is located in the picturesque foothills of the Main Caucasus Range. It includes a network of cable cars, 9 hotels, a complex of apartments and many services: restaurants, a shopping center, a water park, a cinema, a spa, rental points, activities and much more.

The implementation software Infinity allowed the company to combine all call centers into a single system and optimize their work.

Since our call centers and sales managers work in the Bitrix CRM system24, it was important for us to find a product that is closely integrated with this program.
